The Bone Mets Working Group, is led by physicians, Dr. Jim Hayman (Michigan Medicine/MROQC Coordinating Center) and Dr. Amit Bhatt (McLaren Greater Lansing), and medical physicist, Dr. Kelly Paradis (Michigan Medicine/MROQC Coordinating Center), is currently exploring ways to improve palliative treatment of bone metastases with radiation (e.g., reduce treatment time thereby reducing patient and caregiver burden).
